Breakfast was very good

The exterior and grounds were not maintained. There was a shutter in the grass in front of the wall it fell off and it looked like it had been there awhile

The ease of parking and comfortable rooms.

The side door wasn’t locked

Needs updating, worn furniture, remote, and paper thin walls. Next door guests talked until midnight, then snored loudly all night.

Need a lot of work. brick entrance have multiple tripping hazards. Bedroom smells and was dusty and the toilet stays running water

I had trouble with my room and noise next door so they upgraded me to a suite at no charge

Room was not clean. It wasn't well insulated so when rude neighbors were running & yelling in the hall, it wasn't conducive for sleeping. The breakfast was not good & they don't refill anything so you better get there early or it's gone.

Nice room, highly recommended! I was happily that we were satisfied and comfortable the beds.

Need to check each the bathrooms due the roaches and call the Pest treatment

There were bugs including roaches. Bathrooms were not properly cleaned. Only option in area but should still meet basic standards.

It was better then the star expected

I only go there to sleep for work so I was happy for a clean room and quiet location.

Room noisy¿pipes or something. Live roach in bathroom. Not very clean. In fairness, I stayed there the day before and room was nicer.

Overcharged for one room and staff directed responsibility. Bath light and fan did not work. T V had hundreds of ads and Infomercials and no interesting programs.

Breakfast was good.

Dirty room. Conditioner was half used and there was a lot of dust on the furniture and dirt in the floor.

Staff very friendly and helpful. I'm disabled so 1st floor rooms a plus. wifi was excellent. Very nice breakfast.

It was pretty, quite, clean and close to where we needed to be. The price was good too.

It was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Location to destination. Staff were great. Breakfast options were fantastic.

The curtain sheers were dirty and drapes were worn/holes.

Honestly, it was better than expected. I wasn't really looking forward to staying at this hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, the water was hot, the staff was attentive, the A/C worked, etc.

The walls are a little thin. I could hear the talking and the TV from the rooms next door.
